This website is operated by AVADIEL. By using it you agree to these terms. Content, imagery and brand assets on this site belong to AVADIEL and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.

Prices are displayed in USD and exclude any duties or taxes applied at the destination. An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, where pricing has been displayed in error, or where fraud is suspected.

Card payment is not yet enabled. Orders submitted through this site are recorded as awaiting payment; no charge is taken at the time of submission and our team will contact you to complete payment. Nothing on this site constitutes a completed sale until payment is received and confirmed.

Physical products are produced to order by our fulfilment partner. Returns, replacements and refunds are handled under our Returns, Refunds & Replacements Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Digital products are delivered by download or by granted access after payment is confirmed. Access is personal and must not be redistributed. Where a download fails or a file is faulty, we will resolve it as described in the Returns, Refunds & Replacements Policy.

This website and its content are provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, AVADIEL is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
