Shipping Information

Apparel, mugs, journals and home goods are made to order by our print-on-demand partner. Production begins once an order is confirmed and typically takes 2–5 working days before dispatch. Items in the same order may be produced at different facilities and can arrive separately.

Orders are produced and dispatched from our fulfilment partner's facilities, with the United States as the primary production and delivery market. United States addresses are typically delivered within 3–8 working days after dispatch.

International delivery is available to many destinations but is not guaranteed for every country. Where a destination is supported, transit times vary by country and are shown at checkout. If a destination cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you before accepting the order.

A flat shipping rate applies to physical orders, with free shipping above the threshold shown in the store. Digital products carry no shipping charge.

Where the carrier provides tracking, the tracking number is added to your order and visible in your account. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to become active after dispatch.

Digital products are delivered electronically once payment is confirmed, usually within minutes. Nothing is shipped for a digital-only order.

Please check your shipping address before submitting an order. Orders cannot be redirected once they enter production, and additional costs may apply where a parcel cannot be delivered because an address is incorrect or incomplete.

If tracking shows no movement or a parcel has not arrived within the expected window, contact support@avadiel.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and our fulfilment partner and offer a replacement or refund where the shipment qualifies.
